HR Administrator

Join our supportive GP Practice team as an HR Administrator, where you'll play a key role in supporting the HR Manager to ensure compliance, effective recruitment, and a strong workforce culture.
Location: Willesden, London
Salary: £12-£14 an hour
Contract: Full-time (37.5 hours)
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Compliance Support:
· Assist the HR Manager in ensuring HR processes align with CQC (Care Quality Commission) standards.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in line with regulatory requirements.
2. Recruitment and On-boarding:
· Coordinate the administrative aspects of recruitment, including posting job adverts, scheduling interviews, and managing applicant tracking systems.
· Prepare offer letters, contracts, and on-boarding documentation for new hires.
3. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
· Support the HR Manager in gathering and analysing HR metrics, such as attendance, turnover, and training records.
· Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management.
4. Workforce Administration:
· Help organize training sessions, workshops, and staff appraisals.
· Maintain calendars and schedules for HR activities and initiatives.
· Provide day-to-day administrative support to managers and employees on HR-related queries.
What We’re Looking For:
· Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within HR or healthcare.
· Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software is a plus.
· A proactive, team-oriented approach and willingness to learn.
· CIPD Level 3 qualification or working towards it (preferred but not essential).
